4.3 Inactive Accounts: An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. ps888 reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration fee on inactive Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of prolonged inactivity.
4.4 Account Closure by Player: Players may request closure of their ps888 Account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines. 14.1 ps888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where ps888 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
14.2 Upon Account closure for breach, ps888 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account balance where the breach involves fraud, collusion, money laundering, underage gambling, or the operation of multiple accounts.
14.3 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., at the player's request or due to a market exit), any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
